How did the family come to own small Fords?
Dad first saw Hanu, Rodger, Pentti and Ari in Escorts during the 1970's
and 80's in rallies all over the UK and Ireland and was bitten by the
rally bug. I think it has been passed down in the genes.
Have you owned any other small Fords?
Dad has owned two MK1 Escort rally cars and a MK2 rally car. There has
been a MK1 Escort road car and a MK2 Capri. There was also a MK3 Capri
and two Cortina's, a MK4 and a MK5. We plan on owning more small Fords
in the future.
What do you like most about the club?
The down to earth people who are only too pleased to help and advised
when asked.
